Paul1 StarCarried out a valuation on behalf of the bank. Possibly in a sector their not familiar with. When asked why the figure they gave was considerably lower than over 15 years ago they were absolutely clueless. When asked how they arrived at the figure, could not explain what com parables they used or the method they used and refused to accept any com parables from a well respected and trusted 3rd party national and international organisation. Might as well have stuck a finger in the air and guessed. I suppose you get what you pay for. I would recommend paying a little more and using a larger firm with more expertise and one that doesn’t operate with a couple of local branches with an ‘old boys club’ outfit at the top that refuses to believe or accept they could possibly be wrong.Friday 12th March 2021
