Used this company as we had a leak in the bathroom from our shower. Ryan and his team were friendly, professional, polite and clean and tidy. They turned up when they said they would and are extremely reliable. Work was completed quickly and to a high standard. I have no complaints about the work that was done. The jobs were completed fast and efficiently. If I was only rating the work then I would gladly give 5 stars. My issue is the cost, at £190 for 30 minutes work (that's £380 per hour), I found this rather exorbitant and is certainly the most expensive tradesman I have ever used in my entire life. The work done was certainly not worth this amount of money. This is even more expensive than my solicitor. And no, this cost was not to cover parts, as the only part they had to supply was worth about £15 and it was not an emergency callout either.
