Would highly recommend using Sapphire, we had a fitted wardrobe in one of the bedrooms, several units and shelves fitted around our kitchen as well as a few shelves put up around the house too. Paul was great, after doing the measurements and giving us ideas and recommendations of what we could have done, he then met us at the show room and we chose all the colours and materials. Once the materials arrived a date was set to get the work done rapidly and the guys did an absolutely fantastic job! Very friendly, polite and professional. Thank you :)

I’m sorry to say that I’m very disappointed with Paul and his company. Years ago they fitted a new kitchen for us which to be fair has done well. Two years ago we asked them to come and quote us for a re fit. They kept coming up with all the excuses under the sun as to why they haven’t come up with a new design and plans. Yes I know we have had a pandemic but even as things started to move again last summer all I got was “ give me a couple of weeks “. After chasing up three times ( 3-4 months) I have taken it that they don’t want or need the repeat custom so I will be going elsewhere.

I had a fully fitted kitchen including some of my own sourced components. It was all installed without fuss. Sapphire coordinated other trades like the plumber and sparky and took away all the rubbish and old kitchen. Top job, very pleased.

I had 2 bedrooms fitted by Sapphire some 15 or so years ago and a bathroom last year. All of which I have been extremely pleased with from my first contact through to design and fitting. The bedrooms were designed for my sons as study rooms and I now plan to turn them into more elegant rooms. The furniture is still in fantastic condition but I needed some wall units removing from the desk area. Paul happily came out and took them down for me at no charge. Thankyou. It just reinforces that the Sapphire customer care does not end with the fitting of the room.
