DD Electronics1 StarThey (2 workmen) carried out a service and charged an hourly rate for both personnel. Just to add insult to injury they suggested that further work may be required as several items (programmer, zone valve and stat) were faulty. None of these items were actually faulty and it is my opinion that they were simply, attempting to increase their revenue stream.Tuesday 3rd December 2019
aaron warner1 StarUseless. Took 2 hours for them to say the engineer was ill on the first day, rebooked for monday fine. Fixed the problem but after 2 hours it came back. Been trying to contact them for 3 hours now and there is nothing. RUBBISHTuesday 26th September 2017
