After spending weeks trawling around bathroom shops in West London, we found SB. We have ordered a superb unique sink that we haven’t seen anywhere else. They are also installing our shower and have recommended an excellent system for our wet room. Lee is extremely helpful, professional and has a serious eye for contemporary design.

Dealing with SB Concepts and their installation team was straightforward, polite and friendly. Lee helped guide us through what he thought would realise our vision of our new bathroom and his installation team (Ben, Rob and Cam) were very attentive to little details which has resulted in a bathroom that exceeded our expectations.

We found SB Concepts due to a recommendation, so were confident that they would do a good job remodelling our bathroom, and we were not disappointed. Adam in the showroom really listened to what we wanted, guided us through the products available and came up with a lovely design which met all our needs. He also managed the process overall and visited several times during installation. The fitting process was led superbly by Rob, who made sure that everything under the surface was thoroughly prepared and that the final finish was beautiful. He was considerate and tidy throughout the process. A couple of minor follow-up queries have received speedy and positive responses. We are delighted with the finished result. I would not hesitate to use SB Concepts again or to recommend them to others looking for a high-quality, professional service.

Excellent service from Adam and Lee on the design and a great selection products for us to choose from. Rob, the fitter, was superb, nothing was too much for him and he took great care every step of the way. Overall a fantastic experience using SB Concepts for our new bathroom.

I cannot recommend SB Concepts highly enough, our new bathroom looks amazing, the quality and finish is second to none. Both Lee and Adam in the showroom are both very professional and helpful and Rob the fitter couldn't do enough to make sure everything was just right. Thanks guys for a great job.
