Fantastic service. In the initial call, time was taken to advise and make sure he had all the details before coming over so I didn't pay extra for wasted time - images via whatsapp helped to build up a picture of where the pipes were. Fitted me in the next morning, I had to shoot off to work after 2 minutes, but very happy after meeting them, to leave Craig and his colleague in the house with my older sons. An hour later, received a phone call describing the issues and how the pipes had been cleared, with suggestions of how to keep them clear in the future. Will definitely be recommending to colleagues. Lovely guys, great work, fab find.

Craig was fantastic, one quick call and he was able to turn up first thing the next morning. Got straight to work on identifying the problem and he showed me using the CCTV equipment what the drain setup was like under my property. He was very clear about the pricing and was very reasonable with it so I knew exactly how much I would owe before any work was done. He got to work and was able to clear the blockage within a very short time frame. He also gave me some great advice and helped me to understand what each section of my drainage was setup as to help diagnose issues in the future. I would definitely recommend Craig and his team in the future for any problems. I've been so impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work he's done.

We had a drains smell coming from a downstairs shower room for some time, I called SB Drainage and spoke to Craig. He came to take a look the next day and discovered straight away that the trap beneath the shower had dried out and that was causing the smell. So just need to run water through it every few weeks and no more drain stench. He didn't want anything for the callout and I am really chuffed the smell is sorted, thanks so much Craig! Will be giving SB Drainage a call if we have any other drains issues in the future and will recommend them to anyone we know.

Phoned SB on recommendation from work (they had a done a job for the company the week before). Craig came first thing the following morning and after even though it baffled him a bit he sorted the drain problem for me. Would definitely recommend, great service, explained everything he did, very efficient, very nice chap - 5 stars all the way - thank you!
