A Farooqui5 StarSteve responded to my call for a blocked drain and arrived quickly (within an hour of my call) on a bank holiday. He pinpointed the issue and cleared the blockage efficiently. Although the charges were a bit steep but considering it was a bank holiday and that he arrived quickly, I am happy with the service.
