Our property was completely stripped out following a flood and, after a year without a kitchen, we were keen to get a replacement underway. We approached a few kitchen companies for quotes but were disappointed with what felt like a complete lack of interest on the part of the reps and the initial appointments we were offered were weeks away. It was a different experience when we went to Schmidt in Norwich. Scott was really approachable and enthusiastic without there being any hard sell. After listening to what we were looking for, Ian produced wonderful plans which really took on board our style and gave us all the extras we asked for whilst keeping within our budget. We were kept up-to-date with production progress and on the day of delivery Ian attended the property, along with our own installer, to check that every component was right. Delivery was faultless with nothing missing or broken. Although we used our own installer, Ian was always available to deal with any queries and came along at the end to check that everything had been done correctly and to our satisfaction. We have also received follow up calls to check that there are no problems. The kitchen is beautiful, the layout works perfectly and the fittings are of exceptional quality. Having worked in it now for 5 months there is nothing we would change and it is still a pleasure to use. We can’t recommend Ian and Scott highly enough - they provided us with a seamless, stress-free experience and a fabulous Schmidt kitchen.

From the moment we stepped into the Schmidt showroom in Norwich we knew we would be doing business with them. Andy was thorough and extremely helpful. He designed a new kitchen for us which exceeded our expectations and was there throughout the whole fitting process. The level of service was excellent and a pleasant experience. We would not have any hesitation to recommend Schmidt.

Ian and the Team have been fantastic making sure the process has been seemless and efficient from start to finish. Ian took a great deal of time asking questions and understanding how we wanted to use the kitchen. Once we had decided on a style and colour we liked we left the design to him and it was better than anything we would have come up with on our own. The quality fit and finish is excellent and extremely good value for money considering the quality. We could not be happier with the end result and service :)

We were very happy from beginning to end with our whole kitchen fit. Kary was knowledgeable and helped with the finishes of our kitchen and although high end kept us within budget. Jevon our fitter was mindful to us working from home and we felt relaxed and safe with him in our home. He had to work with uneven walls as we live in an old property. The plumbers were helpful and it made the fit seamless. Overall we are very happy with our new kitchen, it works well for us and what seemed like a huge undertaking was made stress free.

We were very pleased with the service we received from our initial visit to the showroom, to our finished kitchen. Ian has been fantastic at keeping us up to date at every stage of the planning process and our finished kitchen is everything we wanted. Would heartily recommend Schmidt Kitchens Norwich
