My boiler went down on saturday 4th September 2022 and after ringing around everywhere no one was interested then I found this company who came out there way to look at my boiler..he didn't have the right part in the van so he came out on the Sunday night to fit it.. I will be using these all the time now 10/10 thank you...

I cannot recommend Scott & Neave Plumbing and Heating highly enough. Family, friends and colleagues have been using them for years. Servicing and maintenance of our plumbing and heating systems along with bathrooms fitted and other services. I wouldn't use any other company and have never had anyone regret moving to them. Excellent, thorough service. Everything explained in a professional way. Called out today for a water heating issue on my Baxi Boiler. The engineer (as usual) was approachable and professional. Called before appointment and arrived on time as expected. Followed all Covid 19 safety rules by wearing a mask and gloves. Problem solving discussions before starting job and communicated throughout. Rectified quickly with both area and boiler cleaned before leaving. “The only source of knowledge is experience.” Albert Einstein These have years of it and have a faultless reputation. The 1 person on here that has tried to discredit it should hang their head in shame.
