Very efficient in getting stock ready for click and collect. Majority in stock or ordered quickly. The 2 stars are lost as there's been a few times in the past when I've received the wrong item, also an issue today (manager - see below). Unbelievably on one occasion I'd bought a 7lb sledge hammer only to be given a club hammer, to be then told it was correct. (Some people really do have poor product knowledge). I used to have to remember 100s of tools in the days before online computer systems. Also unprofessional to blame the picker in front of me when this should have been checked. Another unprofessional observation today as the manager was rather abrupt with his staff due to it being a busy period. There are better ways to communicate this without everyone in the que hearing what your saying.

Look online for the product that I was after,paid for it then got a text to say my order was ready for pickup,I was straight in & out with my order staff Very pleasant .
