Excellent work from SDC/Ian in knocking through a wall and opening up a door way. A big job getting through 2.5ft old stone walls but the work was carried out to an excellent standard at a great price. Very hard-working and conscientious - working late into the evening and at weekend to get the job finished and tidied up. Very knowledgeable and friendly, will definitely be using again and have already recommended to several family and friends. Thanks again 👍

I first came across SDC maintenance when Ian did a fantastic job repairing my neighbours boundary wall and fence that had fallen towards my garden. Since, Ian has fully refurbished a shed (walls and roof), sourced kitchen doors to match 3 missing from a fitted oak kitchen (he took time to get a excellent match for the wood which was unusual limed oak) and completed many adjustment and repairs (things that it is difficult to find someone knowledgeable to do) - door hanging/sink fitting/repointing/boarding a fireplace etc, Ian is always contactable and will try his best to complete work as soon as possible and all work is a very high standard.
