I rang them yesterday as I had a flood in my kitchen coming from my bathroom. Alex turned up within a few hours quickly found where the leak was coming from and repaired it, he’s a really good plumber! They arrived in good time, they got straight to work fixing it, they were very easy to talk to, they explained what had happened and what they were doing to repair the boiler. They were two lovely gentlemen who talked to my kids and me with great respect. They were very professional. I can 100% recommend this company. I called Seaburn Gas Services Ltd and actually spoke to someone immediately, not an answer phone where you don't get a return call.
The work was carried out quickly, at a time that suited me, and the engineer who did it, Fernando, was excellent.
