sinead wilmot5 StarI was looking to get my loft converted into a spare bedroom & en suit, after speaking with a family member, Seako construction was recommended who she couldn’t rate the professionalism, quality & communication of George and his team after they had completed a ground floor extension at her home.
I got in contact with seako construction to create a rear Dorma loft conversion.
George and his team were excellent and kept me up to date and well informed throughout the project, with anticipated timelines of completion. In particular George was very personable and available, keeping the project on track and offering reassurances when needed . Even before the build started i was impressed with the service provided by the company, who were able to answer any questions I had. They completed the project within the estimated time and budget we even went with some upgrades during the build. There were, as I'm sure with most builds, some delays and unforeseen set backs, but these were dealt with quickly and properly. The standard of the trades people was also excellent and i could not fault them for their professionalism. I would recommend Seako construction and would be happy to work with George in the future. George Tilling5 StarGeorge and team carried out a rear extension compromising of additional sitting room and utility room space. They finished on time and we are very pleased with the final results. Right from the initial correspondence to the cleaning up at the end of the project there was no fault. A difficult job was accomplished on time on budget and with the highest quality finish. Completed the job within 4 and a half hours took all the old fence away for me! Turnt up on time and very reasonably priced. Very happy with the new fence!
