Heidi Murphy1 StarNo response at all to my letter of complaint and request for a replacement product.
Inadequate quality shower door rollers which have repeatedly sheared off. We have replaced a shower roller 4 times at our own expense since it was fitted in 2017. The doors are simply too heavy for the strength of roller supplied. Sent a letter 31/1/20 to the company address as cited on the website, but have heard nothing. Will be looking into taking this further.Thursday 2nd April 2020
