Had a replacement Boiler fitted by James at Servo Heat. James visited and provided a reasonable and competitive quote very quickly after first contacting him. All work to be done was described carefully and noted in the quote. Work was scheduled for the following week. James arrived promptly and worked diligently and professionally. Upon completion the install was thoroughly tested and tidied up. You would not know he had been except we now had working heat and hot water!

He did a great job fitting the new boiler. He was very courteous and always arrived promptly on time. I really appreciated his advice and insight as the installation issue was quite complex as the apartment was on the 3rd Floor with bird nesting issues. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

James turned up on time and determined the problem almost immediately after looking at the boiler. He then went out and got the parts needed the same day and we had our hot water and heating working again that evening. Very reasonably priced and very professional will definitely be calling him again in the future for any other repairs!

I am a Landlord with several properties. I had British Gas accounts for maintenance on my properties to keep my tenants happy. When I had a problem recently British Gas were not very helpful but I let them quote me for a boiler replacement & to change a few radiators & TRVs as well as a powerflush. Even after adding a discount, they were too expensive. I have used Servo Heat before in an emergency & had been highly recommended to me. So I asked them & they gave me a quote far far lower than British Gas, & were able to come in & complete the works sooner than British Gas. They were considerate, polite, on time & efficient. As a landlord I need to keep my tenants happy, so I always check up after I've had workmen in. My tenants were full of praise & told me how careful & how tidy they were, & that nothing was too much trouble. I've also had other work carried out by this company since. They are more personal than British Gas & certainly more affordable. I have also had them come & quote on a couple of other jobs too. I am reluctant to endorse anyone that I think won't live up to my standards, so only recommend companies that I have used & would use again. I am quick to criticize so think it only right to praise when a company does things well. You will not be disappointed
