jo Morgan5 StarIf we could give more than 5 stars we would! Seven Seas restored our faith in worktop suppliers. Alex was very patient; he and Susan were very prompt with email queries and Ingo so helpful moving slabs at their yard (in the rain) to show us what offcuts they had available, so we could chose, being guided by both himself and Alex. Superb service, answered questions and emails efficiently. Ingo is a credit to the company, surveyed our small utility room and gave advice. The fitters were neat and tidy. A family business but big on customer service, efficient and ensuring the client is fully apprised and happy with the end result. We love the Nile Carrara worktop. It looks stunning and can’t thank all at Seven Seas enough for their thoroughness, input and excellent workmanship. We made some changes to the original order, but this was not issue at all and didn’t make a significant difference to the price. The chopping board, created from off cuts, is much appreciated! Jeff W5 StarWe were recommended by our kitchen supplier and we were fitting the kitchen ourselves. Visiting their site meant we were able to see a massive range of worktop options. Importantly for us, we were able to borrow many varied offcuts/samples... they all look different in the kitchen, different areas and times so this was a real bonus meaning we ended up with something we are happy with. They helped us with a lot of very useful advice and options, explained how they measure etc. The final fitted worktop with shaped sink and draining groove looks excellent. At one point we had a problem with the kitchen units layout - nothing to do with Seven Seas- and we were able to speak to a fitter to advise and confirm a workaround change to the unit layout which would still support the worktop. Being able to speak to the people who will themselves doing the work was well worth choosing Seven Seas and the end product was fabulous. Would we recommend? Colin Searle5 StarWe looked at several worktop suppliers and chose seven seas because they were far and away the most helpful.
We needed and over size slab for our island and most places said we would need a joint in the worktop which we did not want, seven seas managed to source a big enough slab in the exact granite we had chosen and still get the worktops fitted by the date originally chosen.
The team that came to help lift and fit the slab were fantastic and nothing was to much trouble.
Rob who was in charge of the fitting team was both polite and professional throughout the whole day, and even returned a few days later because the mastic he had on board wasn’t the best match for our unit colour and he wanted it to be absolutely perfect which it is.
We love it and everyone who has seen it loves it.
I would recommend anyone looking for new worktops to use seven seas definitely the best and most professional company I used during the whole process of having a complete new kitchen fitted.Friday 4th August 2023
