I would not hesitate in recommending Shaun, a Chartered Building Surveyor. Notably, he offered NHS staff a discount on building surveys during the pandemic in recognition of their efforts on the front line. I recommended his building surveying services to a number of my NHS colleagues.

I'm not sure how Shaun has a license to be honest. The man fails to understand some of the most basic fundamentals of residential buildings and their materials/structure/compostion, that he elects to structure his reports without any fact. Instead, he opts to use inflammatory remarks to induce fear. It's almost like he doesn't want you to buy ANY house. I realised this was a tactic so that he could get paid multiple times by the same person when they make offers for multiple properties. The reports he gave made it seem like the properties should be condemned even though they may just need a freshen up. Avoid Shaun and go with a reputable surveyor. I've reported him to RICS.
