I spent a long time researching companies to replace my old oil boiler with a new pressurised system in a different location. Shelter Adams gave an excellent proposal at a competitive price. Whilst it wasn’t the most straightforward project their team was very good and carried out a professional job overseen by Rob who made sure we were totally happy.

From Rob inspecting the site to quote to the guys showing up on time, everything went really well. Everyone involved has been great to deal with, professional, tidy & nothing was too much trouble. B Wayne5 StarI’m new to the area and reached out to Rob at Shelter Adams who came to fix a blocked radiator pipe in my master bedroom. They had to pull up the carpet and floorboards to access. I was very impressed with how tidy the job was done and relieved to now have a fully functioning radiator again. Customer service is great and I feel I was charged fairly. The installers kept us informed all the way through the process, were thoroughly professional, took the old boiler away and cleaned and tidied up the area before they left.
