I would highly recommend Shepherd Chartered Surveyors. I personally used them to provide my home report to put my property on the market. The estate agent I used put me in touch with them and they were fantastic. Norman came and did the inspection as soon as he could and my home report was complete for me to review the next working day! From first dealings with the company, arranging a suitable time with Linda for the survey, things ran very smoothly. Linda took into account when would suit us best. On the day of the survey, Norman arrived on time, was very smart and also pleasant. The survey was carried out with the minimal disruption to us both and the finished article was emailed for approval very quickly. We dealt with Shepherd Charted Surveyors to organise our home report for selling our property. The service provided was second to none and I would highly recommend this company and in particular Norman Rob who took the time to guide us through the process. Selling a property was new to us and Norman took his time explaining everything in detail and answering any questions we had.
