Silk Sharples Jennings Chartered Surveyors are an independent firm of RICS regulated building surveyors and valuation surveyors based in Shrewsbury. We operate regionally across Shropshire, Cheshire, Staffordshire and The West Midlands, and throughout Wales.

How do we work?

Once instructions have been received, we will keep you advised of progress at all times. And once the job has been completed, we happily spend time discussing and explaining the relevant report or valuation. That way, you are fully informed at every stage and have all the relevant information at your disposal to enable you to take the next step.
What do we do?
As RICS Chartered Building Surveyors and Valuers, we offer the full range of survey and property valuation work. In addition, we carry out a wide range of general practice work, including Lease and Rent Review negotiations, Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations, Party Wall matters, RICS Surveys, Building Reinstatement Cost assessments for insurance purposes, as well as more specialised valuations for taxation, matrimonial or probate matters.
Our qualified Property Surveyors offer extensive building design services forresidential building extensions or new builds, as well as for commercial property developments, refurbishment programmes and conversions. We also advise on Planning and Building Regulations requirements and offer a full Construction Project Management Service.
