Very quick to call after I filled in the enquiry form and asked me to send bathrooms measurements and photos but no response from Neil even after sending another email. I did mentioned my budget to him so maybe that’s why he’s gone awol. You should be able to discuss this things. Plans changed, budget revised, adjustments can be made. Acquiring new clients is important for business growth. So disappointed.

Simply Bathrooms provided me with a brilliant service. I wanted to maximise my small downstairs bathroom space and ensure it was a stand out design to add value to my property. I wanted a good quality bathroom that wasn't extremely expensive and Simply Bathrooms delivered all I asked for AND were helpful, responsive and friendly throughout the whole process. I can't recommend them enough! Sophie and Rebecca were just brilliant to work with and I hope to work with them again for my next bathroom project!

Really good professional job carried out by Neil and his team, when they came to refit our house bathroom. The quality of the workmanship, fixtures and fittings is superb. Communication from start to finish was second to none. I won't hesitate to use Simply Bathrooms ltd in the future, when we get round to renovating our other bathrooms. Many thanks

After many emails and phone calls to Simply Bathrooms we set up an appointment for Neil to visit - to check my design needs for a completely new bathroom. Any time I spoke to someone from Simply bathrooms whether it was on the phone or an email all they seemed concerned about was money, did I have funds, how much did I want to spend. I had already sent them plans and a list of the bathroom furniture I was interested in, all with prices and told them I was ready to do the work. I eventually received an email confirming an appointment with Neil at my house ............. no show, no phone call - nothing !! I called and was told "he must have forgotten" - no apology or attempt to reschedule - maybe they don't need the work? Needless to say I won't be using this company
