Dave was extremely efficient and completed the work in a competent and timely fashion. He also went out of his way to complete the work on a Sunday which I did not expect. Really fast, went above and beyond and really pleasant guy too! Thanks so much I definitely will use services again and recommend to others. I requested a callback on Sunday morning and Dave rang me within 5 minutes then was at the door within another 5. We had an issue with our water being scalding hot. We have solar panels and while Dave isn't currently certified for that he helped us find the issue and quickly stop the problem. I'll definitely be calling him out again for our next job. A different engineer had not been able to figure out what was wrong. He came round straight away looked into the issue and was able to get it sorted. Also went round checking and balancing radiators. Excellent communication throughout. The price was excellent for the time and effort put in. Would highly recommend. “I found Dave to be very honest and polite, he carried the work out in a timely manner and was very clean. He came in cheaper than other people I got a quote from for the work too. He also offered great advice regarding getting a new boiler fitted and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering getting any gas work doing. As he was so reliable and friendly I will be using him again in the future.

Simpsons Plumbing provided an excellent level of service when I contacted them to repair an issue with my toilet. Dave was very responsive to my query and provided a competitive quote. Lawrence, who did the work, was friendly, happy to explain the process and very thorough. When a slow leak was discovered.a week later, Simpson Plumbing were quick to resolve this: Lawrence came round the next day and replaced a defective part at no extra cost, despite my insistence to pay. A truly excellent level of customer service from this company. I cannot recommend them enough.

Called David on Monday morning as shower was leaking through the kitchen ceiling. They arrived 8.15 the next morning. Excellent service. Really nice fella's. Polite and informative. Happy with the work carried out and the price. I would definitely recommend this company and will use again if the need arises.
