Terrible communication and customer service. Tried to arrange a job twice. First time spoke on the phone, texted him with job details and them got ignored. Decided to give him another chance and try again after few months. This time didn't answer or return calls. After exchange of few emails stopped responding. Maybe he's good on the job (never had a chance to find out though) but is lacking basic, essentiall customer service skills.
