We carry out inspections for new homeowners, estate agents, developers, property investment companies and landlords to help raise the quality of finish in all new build properties and refurbishments.

We find the snags before they can potentially become an issue which if out of warranty could end up costing you thousands of pounds to put right. Our detailed independent reports are taken much more seriously by builders than those provided by the new homeowner saving you in turn the stress and the worry.

Experience is a pre-requisite of any good snagging inspector which all of our inspectors have in abundance. We have come to know the the many short cuts that developers will sometimes deploy to try and and save yet more money on the cost of constructing your new home. 

Developers are obligated to rectify all defects under the terms of your warranty and the most commonly widespread in the UK is that provided by the NHBC which gives the new homeowner from the date of completion 2 years of cover on all snags and a 10 year structural warranty.

Great service from Ged, very accommodation on numerous moves to booking date due to my development finish date moving. On site a very collaborative approach to discussing issues. A very comprehensive and detailed report produced just 24 hrs after leaving site. Shame there was so much to spot, but very well worth the cost and I would very much recommend !

Absolutely worth every penny! Ged has so much experience and truly showed with the amount of snags he discovered in our new build. Very patient and fair, he was in for over six hours working thoroughly through the house and not leaving a stone unturned. The report is well written and very detailed with photos and descriptions for every finding and arrived the day after his visit despite him finishing around 7pm! Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs quality check on a house.
