Anon1 StarEmailed Steve four months ago to book in a boiler service but no reply so emailed again. He replied saying he was very busy and couldn't do this for several weeks. Fair enough, but two months later, still no word, so I telephoned him and he assured me he would ring me back to book it in, but he never did. I gave up waiting and did not appreciate being messed around so gave my business to a deserving plumber. Complete time waster!Wednesday 18th November 2020
