Karl came round to give a quote, was very transparent and honest about boiler need where others had tried to upsell. Offered a very competitive quote with a clear breakdown of each cost. Decided to go with Smart Plumbing not just for the value offered but also the excellent reviews. Once booked, Tom, the engineer arrived on time and cracked straight on. Was great with my 2 year old lad who wanted to see his tools. Very personable and professional. Once he had installed the boiler, Tom talked us through everything on the new system. Very happy from start to finish and would recommend anyone looking for a new boiler to use Smart Plumbing's services.

Smart Plumbing have been great to deal with. Having had my boiler installed by them a year ago, it's recently had its first year service done by them also. Fantastic company and staff! We received a very competitive quote within 24hrs and Karl then answered our subsequent questions by ringing us back as promised. After placing an order for a new boiler, we received several emails keeping us informed of progress. Ian undertook the installation in a professional, knowledgable and friendly manner. Many companies and organisations could learn from Smart Plumbing who really put customer care at the forefront of their business. Brilliant initial installation, very professional & offers peace of mind with 10 Year warranty. Just had my 1st year annual service, received an email reminder on the Wednesday, booked in for the following Tuesday (as requested by myself) & service documentation provided via email whilst technician was on site.
