We appointed Monty to be designer and contract administrator for the renovation of our circa 4,000 sq ft premises, which involved a complete strip out and full fit out. He tendered the project and then assisted in the selection of a suitable contractor for the work. He ensured contracts and health and safety elements were followed throughout. He was able to advise on materials, party walls, fire safety, and many other elements as they presented themselves during the project. During the 3-4 month duration of the works, Monty attended weekly meetings on site, together with the contractor and ourselves to ensure specifications were followed or altered as per our request. His conscientious hard work has pushed the result to an extremely high spec that we are now proud to call our headquarters. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and works to an exceptionally high level. We highly recommend him!

Monty Todd regularly communicated with us before and after the level 3 building survey to make things clear for us. He started and completed the job on time as he promised . We worked with Monty to perform a Party Wall Inspection for our kitchen renovation. Before appointment Monty helped us understand the process of making party wall alterations. Once appointed as a Joint Surveyor Monty made sure that the alterations were done to specification and that our neighbour was satisfied that his property had not been affected. Everything went smoothly and we were very grateful for Monty's quick responses and visits to keep the project moving. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience with Monty, who conducted a building survey for our new home. The turnaround time for the survey and report was extremely fast. The report was very thorough and professional, and gave us an excellent understanding of the condition of our home. Monty called us after to ensure everything in the report was clear. He's super responsive, and is professional and friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend him -- he was probably the only non-stressful part of our house-buying process!
