 Award-winning RIBA Chartered Architects and Surveyors, our area of expertise and understanding in the creative reordering of historical and listed buildings alongside the creation of contemporary urban architecture has enabled us to work on projects nationally as well as the Peak District and Sheffield , but also further afield, in locations including Isle of Wight, Ireland,

  Channel Islands, Italy and Cayman Islands. No project is considered too small or too far.

Established in 1959 in Bakewell, the practice remains a highly respected family business and our rich history within the industry

has enabled us to build strong relationships with other professional bodies such as Planning and Conservation Officers,

Local authorities, Historic England, Contractors and Craftworkers. Both Practice Principals sit on the Diocesan Advisory Committee within Derbyshire and Yorkshire.

With a varied portfolio including conservation, commercial, education, ecclesiastical and residential, our practice has a wealth of experience that stretches across all stages of the design process.
