Not only was the survey report very professional and comprehensive, we benefitted from follow-up telephone calls with Russell Smith who gave us frank and unbiased guidance on a range of matters ranging from curing damp problems in the basement to how to manage risks and comply with rules governing changes to buildings in conservation areas.
