I found the initial discussions with the designer really helpful and the organisation of the fitting was really quick and they kept with updates. However the fitting experience was poor. The two individuals who entered my house were incredibly rude and did not interact with me at all. They left the items outside in my front garden when then could have brought them into the house. When I explained that it was about to rain and they may want to bring the flat pack into the house, they rolled their eyes and it was almost like I was bothering them. I also asked them to wear plastic foot coverings (which I provided) when in the house as I had recently had a new cream carpet fitted. They kept failing to put them on, at one point one of them put them on to go outside and was rolling his eyes at me while I asked him to put the covers on when he is in the house not when he is outside. The one positive experience was the fitting was quick but they did not do a great job and they interacted with me when it came time to pay the bill. I did ring to complain and submitted an email with my complaint. When I called they said they would look into my complaint but I didn't hear from them again. It is not even a year on and one of the rails in the wardrobes has fallen down and requires fixing. I wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them at all.

I am delighted with the service provided by Smiths Fitted Wardrobes & Kitchens Limited especially by Deepak, Vicky and Anil. I had an emergency situation of a party that was coming up very soon and needed some fitting's for my wardrobes, bedrooms and kitchen. The staff were so helpful, understanding and obliging and I am very happy with the garments that they fitted me.

I could never have got my dream wardrobes if Smiths Fitted Wardrobes wouldn't exist. I am blown away by the end result and can't describe how happy I am feeling while writing the review. Great experience.

Wardrobes 5 star and very clean and tidy, we did see a scratch or two on our new floor but we paid in full regardless. Guys were polite and end result is extremely good, overall very happy with the converted space

Very unprofessional. The fitters were shouting while at home and have no aesthetic sense. They were rude as well and weren't welcoming our suggestions - as if they are doing a charity job for us. All cuttings were done inside the house and was full of dust eventhough they hoovered for name sake. The carpets will now need a clean. I don't recommend
