The biggest worry when trying to get any tradespeople are that they will lie/overprice/over-estimate the scale of any problem & you are at their mercy - this is not the case with Smyth’s. Tessa Guerrero5 StarThese guys gave us amazing service! John came round within 10 mins of calling to check out a problem with our boiler with no call out charge either! After giving us all our options, we chose to go with a new boiler. They recommended a brilliant one and fitted it quickly and for a great price! They did a great job and left the place cleaner than when they came. We asked their advice on a few other things around the house too and nothing was too much to ask. Chris The Masseur5 StarFinding a new tradesperson can seem like a minefield, however I couldn’t have been happier to find John. Communication was excellent. Within a few texts he was able to diagnose my boiler problem and offer several possible solutions. Prices were quoted all inc, no hidden extras at a fair rate. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and why in a friendly manner and soon got underway. The job was completed swiftly and to a high standard, ensuring everything was to my satisfaction before leaving.
