Went to soak in style and spend over £450 for remodellers to come and see my bathrooms. It’s been over 8 months since the visit and have no designs back and no emails from the owner on getting the designs via emails. When we speak to owner he only wants to sell his products and asks us to come to the shop and then will provide design! Highly unprofessional after the charges that were paid for the service. No response to emails. Simple ignorance and charges taken for no service delivered! Stay away from this shop!!!!

Variety of designs is rather limited. £150 + vat just to visit and quote, refundable if proceeding to buy. Minimum expected spend of £18k given to me today on showroom.
