Spot on service. My drains has been draining slow for about a week, then sewage was backing up out the drain so I knew I had to get it sorted asap. I rang about 9:30 on a Saturday morning, they informed me of the cost per hour (at the time of writing this review it was £90/hr), but he also let me know that Yorkshire Water may actually do it for free but it could be a few days waiting. I though, nah I want it sorting and booked them. They told me someone will be at my house within the hour. About 30 mins later they turned up. I showed them the problem and they got to work. Drain was cleared and running free in about 30 mins. Payment was bank xfer or cash, annoyingly I tried to pay with bank transfer with HSBC but stupid thing said it was currently unavailable so had to race off to Asda to get some cash. They seemed ok with that, got back in 5 mins, gave em £100, all good

Great company, was genuine about the price, turned up when he said he would. He didn't create any drama or extra work for himself, the charges were exactly as he said they would be. Will definitely use him again if ever I need to. Joyfully recommended
