Michael Lovell5 StarNeeded help with central heating not working just before Christmas. C & S came promptly and assessed the problem as a slow leak under our downstairs flooring. We were able to keep warm with electric heating over Christmas. Hot water from gas hob and kettles. C&S sent out someone to trace the leak first thing in the new year, which they did very rapidly and repaired it the same day.
House is now warm and hot water running. In the longer term we'll be replacing the damaged downstairs flooring. The leak looked like it had been there for a while.Thursday 7th January 2021
Sheila Harris5 StarAttended at extremely short notice. Investigated, found leak from boiler and repaired all on the same day. This was following the attendance of contractor from a different company who was unable to identify a leak.
