We renovated a school conversion with unique and difficult shapes and spaces, not only was this no issue but Audrius suggested many great ideas and solutions to issues that came up. We especially love his work with microcement, it really transformed the bathroom and kitchen. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased our first property in South West London, which needed a complete refurbishment. This included a new kitchen and bathroom, full re-wiring, tiling, floor fixing work etc. It ended up being a much bigger job than any of us first expected! I am more than happy with the recent work carried out by South London Kitchen and Bathroom Fitters Ltd in my small, South West London rental property. The bathroom was fully refurbished and also new quartz kitchen worktops were fitted, along with a new kitchen sink and tap. I am particularly grateful for the many suggestions that Audrius had put forward, all with good explanations. Examples; having a large, electrical towel rail instead of a small heater, installing boards on the bathroom walls – including flattening a couple of areas to decrease the amount of box shapes that had been there previously and covering air vents that were contributing to lower temperatures in the property. I also appreciate the attention to detail that is evident in the finished work. The bathroom tiles are cut to perfection and the grout has been applied very neatly. Audrius had recommended edging for some areas of the tiles – I chose chrome which looks very nice against the natural stone effect tiles. The measurements are accurate to the tiniest detail. As an example, due to space limits in the property I had made an unusual design choice with the new kitchen sink, which is a compact Belfast. The measurements around the tap, sink and worktop have been carefully considered in order to make it function, and it looks very nice too, much nicer than I had expected! I am now proud of the Belfast sink and the way that it is placed in the kitchen, rather than just accepting it as a reasonable, space saving compromise. Also, there is a supporting board under the quartz worktop and Audrius had taken care to check what colour and type I would like. This board is placed between the washer dryer and oven. The most accurate sized gaps have been cut in to this board to allow for all the necessary washing machine attachments and plug to pass through. Audrius took the right action when he discovered an old pipe under the bathroom floor, which may have been there since the 1930’s! It was badly rusting and I, of course, quickly agreed that he change it after seeing it and hearing it being accurately described as ‘a disaster waiting to happen’! The carpet and all floor areas in the property were well protected throughout the works. Also, the old bath, tiles and other unwanted items were carefully disposed of, while taking care to follow the guidelines set by the property managers. Audrius was also very mindful of the permitted working hours in the block of flats for noise generating work activities. Much of the communication for the works took place via WhatsApp videos and photos, and Audrius was good at this. I totally trusted him with a set of keys, to follow the guidelines in the block, to carry out the work as well as he could and to keep me informed. Now I am left with a beautiful, safe and warm bathroom and kitchen! Well done Audrius!
