We have just had a survey completed by Spencer Bray and we would highly recommend them. The report that we received on the property from Spencer Bray was excellent. It was extremely detailed but very simple and easy to understand. We contacted several surveyors for a quote and Spencer Bray were the quickest to respond to us and provided very helpful guidance on the process and differences between their services. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely superb service. I would recommend a full survey from Spencer Bray to anyone, they were all so pleasant to deal with and went the extra mile throughout the process. The level of detail in the report was amazing (and delivered in easy to understand format, including relevant photographs). I now have a detailed report which I have passed on to my conveyancing solicitor with further questions for the vendor, and I have a list of chores to wade through on completion!!!
