We telephoned Spirebourne for an emergency call out to a flat in Barnstaple with blocked drains. The company made time to get someone to us very quickly. Miranda was extremely halpful and professional in dealing with this matter. She made sure everything was left clean and safe. From this experience I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service, very helpful and courteous. The team in the office offered several options that allowed me to choose what was required and the driver on arrival had a pleasant manner and my dog was absolutely taken by him!!!! This has been service at it's best and I will always use Spirebourne Ltd. due to this. Well done.

Spirebourne have emptied our small septic tank of liquid waste every 2-3 years for nearly 20 years, but were unsympathetic to our complaint they didn't keep an 8-9am appointment, and then didn't fully empty our tank because they didn't have room on their lorry, suggesting we have it emptied again in seven months! Found Peter Hearn to empty our business septic tank and had much better service!

Had a suspected pipe blockage and required my domestic cesspit to be emptied. As it was quite urgent (concerned about the blockage) I left a message which was on a Saturday and got a call back on the Sunday morning. I had both the clearance of the cesspit and high pressure water jetting clearance done on Monday. Great response, service and lovely helpful workers who came to the house to do the jobs. Highly recommend.
