I bought a large quantity of tiles from Splash for my daughter's bathroom and kitchen. They are good quality tiles at a great price. Saleem was extremely helpful and found the tiles I wanted and helped me to load them into the car. I would highly recommend Splash, as being very competitive with a great selection of quality tiles. I do not recommend anyone buying tiles from this place because customer service is really bad. I had found this person on Facebook not knowing that John would accuse me of swearing at him when I did not. I'm not that thick that I would swear at somebody I didn't know and at this point I had never received my goods yet. Thankfully I received my goods because of my tiler and a guy called Salim who worked for John.My tiles were ordered for Wednesday but never arrived until my tiler got involved and we picked them up ourselves from the supplier from where John gets it from. He gets his tiles from a factory outlet. I did get my delivery fee back thanks to Salim who payed out of his own pocket. I do not recommend getting anything from this little shop. I didn't contact John after a period because I knew he was just leading me on and John never went out of his way because we collected the tiles. I have text message proof as well of the conversation that mostly took place over text with me and my tiler was chasing him up because he took time out of his schedule to do tiling for me. My tiler and myself both felt that we were messed around by John when there's people who took time off work during a global pandemic where there's so much uncertainty. I paid for the tiles and collected them myself. I have proof of phone records so I like to correct you that it wasn't every hour that I called because after a while I made my tiler deal with matters. I hope that you acknowledge the shortcomings of your customer service and not blame a global pandemic. If you couldn't complete the order you should have said so. I paid for the tiles so I deserve to receive my order on time. If there were delays I should've been informed not promised that they would definitely arrive. I made this very clear the day I bought the tiles that I want them on a Wednesday and not one day later. You said it would come on a Wednesday after 12 at some point but not giving me an exact time. My husband and the tiler both booked days off to complete the job which set us back,

Outstanding service and product got 16 boxes of oyster split tiles delivered to hull and not 1 tile smashed and even with the delivery charge it still cost less then half the price of most high Street and Internet
