I just had my septic tank emptied by Ollie, he was very polite, friendly and professional. First time I have ever needed this done so I asked loads of questions and Ollie had all the answers, very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was clean and tidy before he left. Definitely recommend this company from first time I called to completion of job. Very friendly team, well done

WARNING NO 1: THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED WARNING NO 2 DO NOT HIRE FROM SRP IF BASED IN THE CAMBRIDGESHIRE AREA. I hired from this company with the intention of using their services for just over a month whilst we got the plumbing sorted for our new office. I initially spoke with the Director (Nigel) before I instructed the company to deliver a portaloo to our office. I explained that the unit would be used by a small number of office staff (3 in total) and that we required a loo that was in a clean condition given that it will not be used on a construction site - it seemed at this stage that this was understood as I also explained that it was to be in plain site of our office and the local residents in the area. The issues began after the first service of the portaloo took place - The technician (Harry) attended and left the loo in what may be only described as abhorrant condition. There was liquid waste all over the interior of the loo, the external handle and on the path leading from where the technician had parked his vehicle to where the loo was situated. To make matters worse, the technician walked straight into our office before anyone could stop him, traipsing the mess into our office, covering the carpeted area by the door and office door handle. The man was covered head to toe in waste from his previous job at another site in the area. After reporting this, we were made to wait two days before the portaloo was replaced as I deemed it beyond the help of jet washers etc. Although the director apologised and provided us with another portaloo, on the following wednesday - the same technician attended (after I categorically asked for another technician to be sent) and the same thing happened again. This time I took photos and emailed them to the head office requesting for the unit to be removed, and the agreement to be terminated. I felt that we were unable to maintain a working relationship going forward as there is only one technician that covers the Cambridgeshire area, I was informed by the director that for as long as we kept our portaloo Harry would be the one servicing it. In addition to this, the director offered no amicable solution to resolving the issue, persisted to raise his voice and insist that "these things happen all the time”, stating that he had been servicing loos for 18 years and he had not once had suffered any illness by coming into contact with faecal matter. To which I replied, I have a duty of care to ensure that health and safety is complied with for the wellbeing of myself and my staff. After being completely ignored, the director demonstrated no remorse for the following: the interruptions to my business as a result of the lack of facilities due to their delay in resolving the issues with the portaloo. the fact that I had to close the office due to the spread of a virus, which happened shortly after the technician contaminated the office, despite my attempts to sanitise the affected areas after he left. the fact that I am now also suffering from a stomach bug after the second ‘occurrence’ took place. On top of this, he is expecting us to pay for a ‘service’ that was not provided at the standard that it was promised, and another service that was not carried out at all, failing to accept that I have suffered financial loss as a result of his companies actions. I rang the director with the hopes of resolving the above issues, he unfortunately has no interest in accepting accountability for what took place, and we have now resorted to having to take legal action against the company. He has threatened us with sending a bailiff, but seems misinformed on the process of hiring bailiffs as they must have a court writ. I offered the director the option to deal with the matter in the small claims courts but he has refused and would much rather send his illegal bailiffs our way, which I welcome as this will further strengthen our case against him.

I attended a country fair last Summer and was pleasantly surprised to see that the mobile toilets provided by SRP were the cleanest I had ever seen on an event. Always well stocked and maintained - no horrible smells or sights. Very impressed!!!!

Fantastic team of people, who do a top quality job. We really can not recommend them enough. They do so much to help us over our festival weekend, from Generators, fencing, clear up, loos, Bowsers etc etc, plus they keep us sane!
