We have recently completed a full house renovation and went with St Cross Kitchens after doing lots of research (and showroom visits!) into who we wanted to make our dream kitchen. Lucie was a HUGE selling point for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she listened to all of my ideas and designed the perfect space for us. The craftsmanship is flawless- you can't get any better. And the whole team are wonderfully friendly and talented. I've recommended them to everyone I know.

Lucie and the team at St Cross Kitchens were fantastic when we used them to design & make our kitchen as part of a bigger renovation. Most importantly the kitchen is beautiful and we got a much better price than from the likes of Harvey Jones & Magnet. Lucie said to us early on that she’d try to be the one part of the project that wasn’t stressful, and she kept her promise. We had various delays to our main renovation and Lucie was always accommodating, moving install dates etc. That sounds like a small thing, but in the realities of juggling a building schedule and not having kitchen units turn up before the floor is down, it’s a big deal! We had nearly gone with Kitchens of Christchurch but as they only offered fixed install dates agreed 10 weeks out, we knew that would be a problem so switched to Lucie & co. Lucie and the team really helped guide us on the design, taking our ideas and making them better and more sensible. I also really appreciated how Lucie pointed us in the direction of cost-effective companies for worktops, fittings, appliances etc. The team who made the kitchen and who installed it were so lovely and considerate and no ask was too much for them. Lucie also guided us on how to navigate certain conversations with builders and plumbers, warning us about what they usually say etc. Since the install there have been small adjustments to make and Lucie and co are so responsive, it’s really easy to sort. In summary, high quality and beautiful product, for an amazing price with fantastic service and communication. Thank you Lucie & the team!

Lucie and the team at St Cross Kitchens were exceptional from start to finish. The process felt effortless, their communication and organisation was always of the highest standard, as was their workmanship. They embraced all my ideas and created the stunning kitchen we’d always dreamed of! We walk into our kitchen everyday and it never fails to raise a smile and would recommend them to anyone looking for 1st class kitchen design.
