Tim Chambers5 StarSt. Ives Heating and Plumbing were fantastic. Zack came to discuss the issue in his lunch hour within 20 minutes of my calling him. After a thorough review, a new energy-efficient boiler, thermostatic valves and wireless controller were agreed to be installed. When the work was delivered the guys worked non-stop and all of the issues we'd been experiencing were resolved. With the ability to manage the heating more effectively and having a smart meter we've already seen our consumption decrease significantly and our house is warmer. I happily recommend St Ives Heating and Plumbing and if required, would definitely use them again.Sunday 13th February 2022

Jon W5 StarFantastic Service. Zack came out to do a gas certificate and ended up fixing a potentially serious heating problem for us during his visit. His work rate is phenomenal and he did a tremendous job - going the extra mile to ensure the work was completed on the same day (as well as sorting out a visit from the gas network people on our behalf). Delyan Ivanov5 StarMy boiler lost pressure and I called Zack to come and have a look, he came after an hour on a Saturday saying he will show me what to do next so I don't have to call him again and spend money. After a while it turned out that my boiler was in a beyond repair state and my system was very old. He managed to leave the hobs and the hot water on while we were figuring out the next step. After that I started looking for another boiler and I wanted a combi boiler installed and the old heating system scrapped. I received a quote which he was happy to price match. He started working on the new system on Thursday and finished on Friday with everything working as promised. Working from 8AM until 5PM both days. Very happy with the end result, very professional services, top quality. Would highly recommend St Ives Heating and Plumbing.Monday 28th March 2022
