An excellent service provided by Stafford-Perkins when I needed a RICS 'Red Book' Survey conducted at short notice. Richard completed the survey and produced the report in the short time-frame needed to save my sale from falling through. An excellent service provided throughout the process and so a big thank you to you all.

Having dealt with Richard since 2008 on my first commercial let, we arranged a second one under the same company without any issues whatsoever. We are on our third and currently in a modern business unit in Ashford that Richard negotiated for us. Although the landlord was ultimately his client, at no point did we feel left out and he worked hard to get the deal done to suit both us. We went on to purchase the unit and in my 20+ years of dealing with property, Richard and the team excel any other company that I have ever come across and we always, and only, recommend their services. As a silent partner with a company , we were in direct contact with Stafford Perkins who were unprofessional which resulted in a loss of £60k - 90k in revenue . This appeared in our recent end of year report and would strongly advise anyone to steer away from such an unprofessional company.
