Singh1 StarI was needing a quote so I spoke to a member of staff and I spent ages on the phone explaining what I was needing the quote for.... I even sent him all of the plans/drawings available. The member of staff said he would be in touch in a week but I did not hear back. I have since emailed multiple times and several weeks later there has still been no response! If that's the service I receive by trying to obtain a simple quote, one wonders what level of service I would receive during the actual job!Monday 2nd May 2022
