I strongly recommend Stephen Michael. I was at home while Stephen was conducting our survey and was very impressed with the thorough, careful approach he took. He clearly made use of a range of state-of-the-art equipment in completing the survey but also took time and paid great attention to detail. His understanding and thoughtfulness were both impressive. The survey report was similarly thorough but also simple to understand and extremely clear on action we might consider taking. We have undertaken several pieces of work as a result of the survey, and been able to plan for others that Stephen drew to our attention but made clear were not as urgent. The number of photos in the report, alongside the clear explanations, made it easy to direct workmen to the issue that needed resolving.

Stephen Michael, is a truly professional, meticulous Surveyor. The communication between us was excellent, and nothing was to much trouble. We received the L2 Survey report via email, which was extremely in depth, and meticulously prepared, the findings were so well explained. it gave us the confidence to make decisions on recommendation put forward by Stephen. The total experience left us feeling positive, confident, and educated. We would highly recommend Stephen Michael, and we would not hesitate in using his services again.

Stephen Michael is extremely polite, co-operative and professional. He undertook my survey as instructed within a two week time frame. Stephen kept me up-to-date at all times and was extraordinarily accomplished in explaining what was involved in the survey. All correspondence was clear and responded too immediately - all via email or telephone. Upon receipt of my survey, I was amazingly impressed by the professionalism of it. The presentation, detail, pictures, advice were exceptional. Stephen also offers a follow up or zoom option but I opted not to take these offers, however, I feel reassured should I require further help, Stephen is very considerate and will be obliged to answer any further queries.

The content of the report was informative and straight-forward, and it is clear that Stephen has a vast amount of knowledge and experience. Stephen has been fantastic at supporting us with our help to buy valuation on our sale, and a L2 homebuyers survey on our purchase. Very efficient and thorough, and the support following the completion of his reports has been fantastic given we have little knowledge of what most of it means! I would recommend Stephen to anyone local who needs a survey when moving house.
