There are many things that impressed me about Steve's work to replace our bathroom. He gave us a date 6 months in advance and stuck to it. He quickly understood our brief in detail and also had some good suggestions. He worked quickly and sorted out issues as they arose. Most importantly, the quality of the job is excellent. Very trustworthy!

Friendly and reliable plumber, my only quibble is the less than perfect tiling they did (some tiles sitting deeper than others, some tiles with chipped edges, etc). Definitely didn't get it right first time and couldn't ask to replace as our very large tiles were out of stock (not their fault). I'm posting an example picture of some mosaic tiles to illustrate my point. This is after some corrective action on their side

Beautiful Transformation! We now have a fantastically modern, stylish bathroom, tailored perfectly to our needs and wishes....our friends and family love it and are jealous. The team at Stephens Bathrooms have excellent ideas & solutions. We are very pleased with the price and the total price was the quoted price. All workmen were friendly & helpful, the company gets my highest recommendation.

Steve and his team are amazing. Steve has the ability to take your ideas and turn them into reality. Other firms had told me certain things could not be achieved easily, however nothing seems to phase Steve and he delivers what you want without the pressure sell of talking you into something different. He gave me confidence from the beginning, advising when necessary and most importantly listening! He was very responsive to my ongoing comms, turned up when he said he would, co-ordinateted all the relevant trades seamlessly and finished the job on time and within the budget agreed. His workmanship is outstanding, I now have two beautiful bathrooms suitable for my disabled husband. If I could Steve more stars I would. A++++.

After having a lot of hassle getting anybody to even respond to me about a bathroom job, Steve was a breath of fresh air. He was open to having a chat about the details of the job, and arranged to come and see me at the weekend. He gave a specific time, and let me know on the day when he was setting off from the previous quote. Whilst I have ultimately decided to manage the job I have a different way due to circumstances, I would recommend Stephen's bathrooms as a very professional outfit.
