1 star doesn't apply to quality of their work. they didn't even bother to show up. Called a few times and was told someone would be round same day but no one showed up and no one called to tell me otherwise. Fair enough it was a weekend and short notice. Called again and was told the following day. Was around all day and nothing again. no one showed up and no one called. Still haven't heard anything so decided to go with another company.

During the storm on the 27th November we suffered roof damage. We contacted Sterling Roofing who wished a £250 call out. They initially asked for cash but we refused and paid by bank transfer. We had a prompt attendance and temporary repair carried out. They said a receipt would be sent for the call out charge and they would return on Monday 29th to complete repair. Since then I have concern about the reliability of the company and business practice. Despite repeated daily phone calls and e mails we have not received receipt or repair. Every time we phone we are asked again for our details and we are in the system!! We are unable to proceed with our insurance claim. Vary concerned and disappointed customer.

Arranged a roof inspection to get an estimate for repairs but it got cancelled last minute. Sent a text to the roofer to check it was still going ahead and he replied that he couldn't make it and will be in touch to reschedule. Still haven't heard from him a week later. Pretty sure he wasn't gonna contact me to say he couldn't make it. Super unprofessional, wouldn't recommend to anyone.
