Excellent service from initial query, through to booking and undertaking the survey. We are first time buyers and Sterlingworth helped us to navigate the various survey options, provided a very detailed report with lots of photos and highlighted both items for immediate attention and also provided lots of details on ongoing maintenance. We had a follow up conversation with the surveyor after we received the report and he took the time to talk to us in detail about the findings and ensure we were clear on the advice and findings. They provided a good detailed report which i cannot fault. Natan was very professional , knowledgeable and answered all our questions with great detail. I think 4/5 star is a fair rating considering we had to waited 2 weeks for the feedback requested.

Terrible service. Responding to false response made previously. Sterlingworth failed to highlight the very basics… a clearly leaking skylight, the risks of purchasing a property with a basement, the risks of cracked masonry etc etc... The report was written in a way to mask the risks resulting in substantial cost to us. Numerous professional reports we have since received have all been damning. The professional surveyors used after were shocked by the very poor report by Sterlingworth. Again, avoid. Use a professional firm that IS accredited for surveying services - here is a quote from the property ombudsman “Sterlingworth Estates have not registered with this ombudsman scheme for the provision of redress in relation to surveying complaints”

Nathan, the surveyor who took on the job was excellent. He was friendly, reassuring but above all very knowledgable. I can't thank him enough for his lengthy report which saved me from trouble!
