Steve Jones property maintenance

I completed my apprenticeship as a carpenter with a local building company gaining my City and Guilds in carpentry.

After my apprenticeship, I travelled around the Uk standing up Swedish timber frame kit houses and also spent time in the factory, based in Cornwall, making the kits.

When the company I worked for closed in 1996, I branched off with my colleague and started up Dibble and Jones Building Contractors and worked in the West Sussex area building extensions, loft and garage conversions and carrying out property alterations.

After nearly 25 years, the time has come for me to branch off on my own and start up as Steve Jones Property Maintenance.

I am competent in the following works:- Carpentry, painting and decorating, timber and composite decking, wooden/laminate flooring, ceramic tiling, small amounts of brickwork and paving and also replacement upvc fascia and soffits as well as general handyman jobs.

With nearly 40 years experience in the building trade, my aim is to supply a reliable, friendly and professional service.
