Christine Walker3 StarA difficult one to review. Go into the shop or telephone an enquiry and the staff are 100% brilliant. But request a man called Bill ( touch of class?) to come out and measure up for a new bathroom and you're wasting your time, he doesn't turn up and he doesn't apologise. We are not the only people whose appointment he hasn't kept, he seems to make a habit of it. This is not good for Steve's reputation.Friday 26th May 2023
