Jack did a brilliant job - first coming to figure out whether a toilet plus a new sink would fit in my small toilet room then giving me all the information and guidance on I needed re what to purchase. He coordinated his next visit once all the bits had arrived and did an excellent job fitting them. He is extremely courteous, friendly, professional and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and sought my input when needed. He went above and beyond - advising and helping with a couple of other things in the house. I have absolutely no doubt about him being at the top of my list of plumbers to call or recommend!
